Awesome experience with Zach and his crew! Came out quickly, gave me an awesome price for my fencing job, and his team did amazing, careful, professional work and in a timely manner. Communication was also 5 star the entire time as well which is huge to me! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Citrus Property Maintenance is most impressive company I have dealt with. Zack and his guys are very professional and caring. They do not make messes, they clean up the job site every day and work very hard. The guys are skilled in what they do and truly care about the project assigned. Zach and his team did a great job on our bathroom remodel project. He was able to come right over and provide a competitive estimate. Once work began, his team provided quality work, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and briefed me on work complete and tasks for the following day. They stuck to schedule and finished on time. Overall very pleased with the work and would recommend to others.
Had an irrigation problem and CPM responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and made it better than new fast and economically. Went from a large pool of water in the lawn to the original mowable lawn in hours. Worked quickly and did good work. Very happy with their work and cost.

Zack has taken great care of me. Zack has been very attentive and great integrity. He’s renovated over 15 rental units for us. He shows up when he said he would and finishes the job before he starts another one.

David and his team went above and beyond my expectations to make sure my house got remodeled inside out along with the landscaping. I definitely encourage you to hire him and his guys. They even did pressure washing on my house and the vinyl looks new again! I will call him again for sure. 5/5

Zack and the guys did a fabulous job with repairing and treating pavers on my property. I commend them for being on time and professional. I was impressed how they were courteous by cleaning my property after each day on the job. Their eagerness to meet my needs were well appreciated. 10 out of 10 star review!!!
